TIM C. AS CLIFF WILLIAMS - BASS GUITAR
Hello, ACDC fans! I portray the legendary Cliff Williams on bass and have tried to copy his playing style, clothes and I even went out and bought gear similar to those he has used! And I'm having the time of my life playing this fantastic music. A little about me? I'm a bit of a nomad. I grew up in Chicago, went to college near Cincinnati, OH, spent 6 months living in Luxembourg, 20 years in the Washington, DC, area, 2 1/2 years near Philadelphia, and I got to Florida in December 2007. I was inspired by a number of bassists growing up including Geddy Lee of Rush and Bruce Thomas of The Attractions, I always had a passion for the instrument and have been playing in bands off and on most of my adult life. I've gone through a whole bunch of instruments including a Dean Edge, a Rickenbacker 4003, an Spector Eurobop 5, a Musicman Bongo 5, a Traben Kore, and now I'm using a Musicman Stingray and a reissue Fender Precision. I love my Ampeg amp and cabinets and I wouldn't play with anything else now. I hope you will come out and see our band -- we bring passion and energy to the music and we have a ball doing it!
